In January, we had 16 visitors to the orphanage. They performed many tasks such as, examine the children’s teeth, accompany the children to the beach, and play games with many of the kids. We encourage groups to come to the orphanage to do work projects or just come and hug some lovely children. In the middle of January, we welcomed two new young boys (3 and 4 years old). Bryan and Manuel are getting acquainted to their new surroundings, especially a bed that is their own). Manuel was previously adopted by a family, but the couple started having marital problems. So, they returned the boy back to the orphanage.

We are about finished with the boys ranch for boys 12 – 14 years old, who are street kids, and are taking drugs. A prayer request for the ranch is that God leads the right man to be our new director.

The children are on summer vacation, so they do a lot of things around the orphanage. The girls do cleaning and laundry, and the boys clean rabbit stalls, 200 of them, and do some gardening. Also, there are morning devotions and private lessons in basic skills and Eglish.

Pray that God gives us wisdom in running the orphanage, and health for the children.
