We are starting a new program of establishing a vision clinic in the orphanage. The Lyons Club is willing to donate thousands of eyeglasses free of charge for the poor. This new program will give many older Peruvians the ability to read. The clinic will be permanently located in the orphanage.

July first brought a family from the United States to start the Ranch Program for boys 12-14 years old. Please pray that God gives us wisdom in developing the program.

Toward the last part of July a long term volunteer will come to Hogar de Esperanza. Heather is a recent graduate of Wheaton College and is willing to give one year of her life in teaching and nurturing the children of the orphanage. We need more volunteers with a passion to help the children.

My wife and I are going to the orphanage the latter part of July and will be there for a month. We plan to work on a new nursery and the orphanage library. Thank you for all your support.
